Deluxe Suite Studio

• The Deluxe Suite Studio is configured in a unique format with a partition wall providing a private space for the bedroom area for enhanced privacy. There are a total of 133 apartments in the building with this configuration.

• These apartments are located in different sections of the building with views overlooking Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Mall Fountain, the Dubai Water Canal, as well as the building's lifestyle amenities.

One Bedroom Apartment

• There are three types of One Bedroom apartment configurations available in Elite Downtown Residence 2.

Premium One Bedroom Apartment

• Our Premium One Bedroom Apartments feature dual aspect views of the Dubai Water Canal and the building's lifestyle amenities. There are only 19 apartments in the building with this configuration. The apartment is located on the corner of the building with a balcony for both the living room as well as the bedroom. The apartment features a semi-closed kitchen and a large dining and living room.

Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

• The Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment configuration is the largest available in the building. With two units per floor both overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, as well as the building's lifestyle amenities, there are only 38 of these apartments in the entire building. The apartments feature an open kitchen layout for a more contemporary aesthetic.

Deluxe + Store One Bedroom Apartment

• The flagship Deluxe + Store One Bedroom Apartment's feature direct views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai as well as views of the Dubai Water Canal and the building's lifestyle amenities. • The Deluxe + Store Three Bedroom Apartment configuration is the largest available in the building. With only one unit per floor overlooking the Dubai Water Canal and the building's lifestyle amenities, there are only 19 of these apartments in the entire building. The apartments feature an open kitchen layout for a more contemporary aesthetic along with a storage room for convenience.

The landlord may be willing to provide longer term leases on a case-by-case basis for two and three bedroom apartments.
