• The Deluxe Suite Studio is configured in a unique format with a partition wall providing a private space for the bedroom area for enhanced privacy. There are a total of 133 apartments in the building with this configuration.

• These apartments are located in different sections of the building with views overlooking Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Mall Fountain, the Dubai Water Canal, as well as the building's lifestyle amenities.
